Return Policy

We deeply regret any inconvenience caused by receiving an incorrect or defective item. 

Please reach out to us on Instagram (@leinasroom) within 24 hours of receiving your parcel,

and we will be happy to assist you with after-sales support. 


To qualify for an return, the following conditions must be met:

· Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), with the tag intact.

· Items must not be soaked; if the color runs due to soaking, the item(s) will not be eligible for return.


We will be responsible for round-trip shipping fees only in the case of:

· Incorrect size / Incorrect type / Defective items

· Claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
